Refund policy

Orders placed on this website are sent out for printing within 24-48 hours. You will get a full refund for cancelled orders if they haven't been sent out for printing. Otherwise, all sales are final once they have been sent out for printing. 

Prints are packaged very carefully so that they are not damaged during the shipping and handling process. It's very rare, but if your print arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can send out a replacement. 

Please be advised that most computer monitors are not color calibrated or calibrated for brightness. They are typically way too bright, vivid and warm in temperature to show true colors. Prints purchased have been edited on a color calibrated monitor, which is also calibrated for brightness. Therefore, refunds or replacements will not be issued for the print(s) not looking exactly how you saw it on your computer monitor.
